tickle tickle!

Gage loves to be tickled.  And I’m loveing tickling him.  His laugh is just so cute, especially when he’s screaming with laughter.  He’s enjoying a little of his Halloween candy, and sharing it with me… and Tiger.  He’s currently alternating M&M’s and bites of apple.  He’s also giving Tiger alternate M&M’s and the skin from his bites of apples.  I’ve refused the apple skins myself, but I’m happy to partake of the M&M’s.

I talked to mom the other day, apparently for Halloween she handed out full size candy bars.  WHAT?  Sure, start doing that AFTER I don’t live there anymore.  Actually, thinking about it, it’s about the same price or cheaper than what she used to hand out.  She used to get the fun size candy bars, which were like 60 pieces to a bag for $6.  She also gave each kid 3 of those bars.  So 1 bag would take care of 20 kids.  The boxes of full size candy bars have 36 in each and cost about $8.  So for $2 more she’s giving candy to 16 more kids.  Then she only has to give 1 bar per kid, and she gets to be the “cool house.”  You know what I mean… we all knew which house on the block gave out the big candy bars and we all made sure to go to that house as soon as possible.

hell yes, the cool house was the must do of the night. As I grew older, it was whichever house that was handing out beer… :o
