spring and then fall

spring I aced… fall I aced. Drexel at BCC is ending before I had a chance to begin. Must figure out another place to go for my bachelors in culinary arts. Spring 2015 semester is about to begin. Add another deans list award to the wall, add more knives to my kit, add more skills to my repertoire. Meat and fish Fabrication… breaking down whole animals and primal cuts, smoking, curing, making sausage… Oh I can’t wait.
