Bobby Dall: Bass Rapin' & Heartbreakin'

Personal note on Bobby: Bobby Dall - Bassist. He's the quiet one, either that or he's the only one who isn't hounded by the press, we haven't figured that out yet. He is a fabulous bassist (and a beautiful man), and Poison would not be Poison without him. I have yet to met a Poison fan who had something negative to say about Mr. Dall -- whether they've met him or not. Unless they were complaining that there's never really been much magazine coverage of him, or that he was scarce at an afterparty or something. As a matter of fact, my husband started playing B.C. Rich basses thanks to Mr. Dall here, and we're in posession of a mighty fine B.C. Rich Warlock (among other instruments of eardrum destruction, lol) as a result. Maybe on the next tour he'll get to tell him that in person.

Unfortunately, Bobby had to close down the Hot Dog restaurant that he owned (Go Dog Go), a shame but I hope it doesn't deter him from future endeavors. If you'd like to see pics of the restaurant and see an extensive page on Bobby Dall, visit my friend Ayesha's Page She's got a ton of interviews, pictures, fan comments -- she even has an exclusive interview she conducted with Bobby (and some of the questions she used were submitted by yours truly *beams with pride*).

I have had the priviledge to spend some time with Bobby three times thus far at concerts I've attended. He is a sweet and funny man, and I can only assume that he has been ignored by the media, as he seemed quite loud and outspoken when I met him (tho next to CC he seems rather quiet and meek). Our second meeting even included him pulling me onto his lap, bouncing me on his knee (like a "horsey ride" you'd give a kid) and saying "ride the Bob... ride the Bob..." How can you NOT love this man?
